Hi,
Hope you're all well!
Current progress on the book - we're getting the backer images done now, and going through and working out the final few non-backer images.
Editing still on-going (writing is rewriting as I once read).
Feedback received has been added to the book, and waiting on more feedback. Not everyone will have heard from me. There's no need to be swamped and there's little point in everyone feeding back on the same issues.
Using the extended time wisely, and meeting with printers and going through samples to make sure we achieve the best book possible.
Still aiming for printing in January.

Hi,
Yesterday I sent the up-to-date version of the book out to a handful of playtesters who'd previously expressed an interest in testing the book. They have approx. two weeks to supply feedback, which I will incorporate into the book.
Art also continues to come in. We're still about 15 images away from the 40 promised. My feeling is they won't be here until end of November, so the printing and shipping will have to be moved back, probably, with Christmas looming, till January 2020.
Apologies for this. It's the first time I've created/published a gamebook, so there's a learning curve for me to climb. It's of utmost importance to me (and to you, I'm sure) to produce the best quality book I can.
I'll give you an update around the 17th November, when I will have received the feedback, and let you know my thoughts then!

Hi,
It's been a couple of weeks since the campaign finished, and I wanted to let you know what's been happening.
I'm pleased to say we only had a few dropped backers. The surveys were sent out via Backerkit, and we've had a good response so far with only about 50 people left to complete it.
I completed my latest draft of the book this morning, and will begin some personal playtesting later today. After that, we'll send the book out to the playtesters who responded during the campaign.
When the Backerkit surveys are completed, I'll have the numbers for each of the rewards and can start getting them produced.
Hopefully by the end of September, we'll be a lot closer to the finished product. In the meantime, I'll let you know if any issues arise.
We'll also be launching a Kickstarter campaign soon for Hexes Volume Two graphic novel, so keep an eye out if that's of interest to you!
